Legal Empowerment helps witnesses and non-lawyers to navigate the justice system and communicate more effectively within it.

We are the exclusive Australasian licensee of the acclaimed Bond Solon witness familiarisation, professional and expert witness skills training courses.
Our witness skills training can also benefit others who face being questioned in a challenging environment; for instance appearances before Select Committee and Senate hearings or director presentations at AGMs.
We also teach litigation and advocacy skills to lawyers and lay litigants.

Our public workshops are run in virtual classrooms, while our customised workshops can be delivered virtually or in person.
Our trainers are all experienced litigators who also love to teach. We avoid lecture-styled teaching in favour of maximising delegate participation and interactive group work. This makes our training memorable, client-centric and of the highest quality.

Our work supports the integrity of the justice system by improving the quality of evidence and the experience of witnesses, parties and other stakeholders in court processes.

Legal Empowerment was founded by Nikki Pender, a senior barrister, who has studied and practised law in New Zealand and Sydney.
