In 2006, the Judicial Commission of New South Wales and the Australian Institute of Judicial Administration released a video demonstrating how concurrent expert evidence can work in a trial.

Fronted by Justice McClellan, then the Chief Judge, Common Law, of the Supreme Court of NSW, the video depicts expert valuation evidence given in a compensation claim in the NSW Land and Environment Court.

The video is a useful tool for Judges, lawyers and prospective witnesses who are unfamiliar with the Hot Tub process.
